It was an ex-abandoned project site with many incomplete & deteriorated structures & utilities. Working closely with the engineers, S33 was tasked by the new developer to enlarge the facilities podium to about 6 times the original design layout, reprogram all landscape facilities & activities to create a conducive community green space measuring 2 acres catered to more than 1.000 units of residents. It is all about the art of connecting past & present, blending old & new, turning grief into surprise & smiles.
