The project site is situated in between two major highways & due to the building tower design, traffic noise trapped & amplified at the facilities floor level & onwards. Using the absorptive & healing attribute of water, 7 types of water features were carefully crafted & strategically placed around the facilities podium. Eventually, the collective water feature effects induced 'noise cancellation' effect to the traffic noise, while residents are able to enjoy the interaction with all the water elements within this urban oasis.
